Service is key to our survival as it leads to continued sales and we appreciate that word-of-mouth advertising is the cheapest!. Mobility products are not as simple as a washing machine or toaster and you will need help be it through accidents, scheduled maintenance or faulty components. You may pay a little less on some internet sites (certainly not all!) but they can be slow to react to your needs and often require you to return the item which is not always practical.
We stock a wide range of mobility scooter tyres and inner-tubes . If it is an obscure size or a special requirement we can usually source them for the next working day.
Solid or puncture proof tyres are stocked for the more popular models too. If you need the comfort of an inflatable tyre we also carry puncture preventative solution.
The most popular tyres are £15-17ea and tubes are £7-9ea from stock.
There are a number of different battery fitments, sometimes more than one size option for a particular machine. Also there are varying qualities and standards to consider too.
Virtually all machines use 2 x 12 volt batteries with a pair costing from £60 for a portable scooter.
We service and maintain most manufacturers scooters and powerchairs with priority given to machines purchased from us. Service costs start at £29 for scooters dependant on model and distance.
We also maintain fleets for local Shopmobility schemes and repair machines damaged in transit through Gatwick Airport.
Various mobility insurances schemes use us for accident repairs. We can also provide details of insurers if required. Fully comp type insurance for your scooter is circa £65 per annum.
